Payment Options – Programme Fees
Programme Fees
All programme fees are payable in full, three months in advance. Payments must be cleared in full, or an acceptable payment plan must be agreed to and formally signed, before an acceptance letter is issued.
Acceptance Process – Programme Fees
Clients are only accepted following a thorough due diligence and risk assessment. This may include not only interviewing the potential guest, but also speaking with persons known to the potential guest, such as family members, friends, or their lawyer. No acceptance letters are released until these conditions have been met.
Quotes & Invoices – Programme Fees
- Quotes are provided prior to acceptance, after our initial assessment and following our due diligence and risk assessment.
- Tax invoices are issued once a quote is accepted by the potential guest, or by a family member or friend of the potential guest.
- Receipts are issued once payment has been confirmed.
Methods of Payment – Programme Fees
- Bank Transfer (preferred) — Account details provided on invoice (we can accept part or full payment via this method).
- Credit/Debit Card — Processing fees apply (we can accept part or full payment via this method).
- Cryptocurrency (USDT only) — Accepted with a 10% service fee applied to the total (we can accept part or full payment via this method).
- Third-Party Payer — We can invoice a nominated law firm, business, company, family member, or sponsor directly (we can accept part or full payment via this method).
Refunds & Cancellations – Programme Fees
Programme fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing, or as per our cancellation and refund policy below.
If the guest is applying for bail or parole, and bail or parole is not granted, 20% of the invoice total is payable, and any funds paid over this 20% will be refunded.
Ending a programme early: If a guest or resident leaves the programme early on a permanent basis, 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. For example, if a client leaves halfway through a programme, 25% of the total fee will be refunded.
Payment Plan Options – Programme Fees

Programme Fee Options
Option 1 — Full Payment Upfront (5% Discount)
100% of the total fee is payable upfront. Payment is made after receiving a quote, and prior to an acceptance letter being issued. A 5% discount is applied for choosing this option. This is the standard payment option and is the fastest way to secure a place.
Option 2 — 50% Upfront, Balance in 6 Weeks
50% of the total fee is payable upfront. The remaining 50% balance must be paid within six weeks of acceptance. No additional fees are charged. If unpaid, the guest or client will be returned to custody.
Option 3 — One Third Upfront, Balance in 12 Months
One third (33.3%) of the total fee is payable upfront. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 12 months, through equal monthly payments. A 5% fee is applied. The guest/client and a family member/friend must both sign a personal guarantee, with joint and several liability.
Option 4 — 20% Upfront, Balance in 12 Months
20% of the total fee is payable upfront. The remaining 80% balance must be paid in full within 12 months, through equal monthly payments. A 10% fee is applied. The full invoice, including fees, will be shown. Both client and guarantor must sign with joint and several liability.
Option 5 — 20% Upfront, Balance in 2 Weeks of Arrival
20% of the total fee is payable upfront. The remaining 80% must be paid within two weeks of arrival. No additional fees. No programmes start until full payment is made. If unpaid, the guest/client will be returned to custody.
Option 6 — Possible KiwiSaver Access
KiwiSaver funds may be accessible for programme fees under the categories of health or financial hardship.
New Zealand clients should apply directly to their KiwiSaver provider. A medical certificate from your doctor and a quote from us may be required.
For more information, please see the IRD website — but remember, you will need to go directly to your provider to apply. We may be able to assist you with this process if required.
Option 7 — Open for Discussion
We are open to discussing alternative payment arrangements that may better suit guests, families, or their support network. Any arrangement must be formalised in writing before an acceptance letter is issued.
Option 8 — Health Insurance
If you have health insurance, you may be able to claim programme fees through your insurer. Clients must confirm directly with their insurer. Regardless of insurer approval, payment must be made in full before starting the programme or receiving an acceptance letter.
Default Interest & Recovery – Programme Fees
Where a payment plan involves instalments (e.g. Options 3 and 4), default interest of 18% per annum will be applied to any overdue amounts. All debt recovery and legal costs incurred in recovering overdue balances will be payable by the client and/or their guarantor(s). This condition forms part of the signed agreement for all instalment-based payment plans.
Rent – Separate from Programme Fees
Rent is charged separately from programme fees. Rent is calculated and invoiced independently, and is not included in the payment plans or programme fee arrangements described above.
